A pleasant and easy way to discover Paris in 1 day…
This tour begins in the heart of the city: in the Ile de la Cité, the island where the city of Paris was born, the geographical center of the capital and where the Cathedral of Notre Dame is located. After a brief history, we enter into this Gothic style work of art and then continue walking around the island. A short detour through the city hall (l’hôtel de Ville) will be well worth it: we will be face to face with another Renaissance-style architectural gem. Then, even if only on the outside, we pass by the Holy Chapel and the Conciergerie, other monuments dating back to the medieval times.

At the end of the morning we will be inside the Louvre museum and in about two hours, the history of the royal palace as well as the masterpieces that are there: Mona Lisa, the Winged Victory of Samothrace, the Venus of Milo, the Crowning of Napoleon I and much more.
After a one-hour lunch break, we will walk along the east-west axis of the city centre passing through some of the most beautiful monuments in the city and discovering history and stories about each of them: Jardins des Tuileries, Place de la Concorde, the avenue of the Champs-Élysées, Grand and Petit Palais, the Alexander III bridge, the Arch of Triumph.
It will be a great pleasure to adapt this tour to your expectations, for example by replacing the Louvre museum with the museum of Orsay or another.
